For your safari, we recommend that you bring comfortable clothing suitable for warm weather, as well as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. It’s also a good idea to bring a camera, binoculars, and any necessary medications. If you plan to participate in any water-based activities, such as a boat cruise or white-water rafting, we recommend bringing a change of clothes and a waterproof bag to protect your belongings. Finally, we suggest bringing some cash in case you wish to purchase souvenirs or pay for any optional activities that may not be included in your tour package.
Tourist visas for Uganda can be obtained online via the web portal of the Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control of Uganda. The mandatory vaccination for travelers to Uganda is against Yellow Fever. It is important to note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is highly recommended to also obtain a COVID-19 vaccine for your own safety and to facilitate travel. Upon arrival in Uganda, you will be required to present both your Yellow Fever vaccination certificate and your COVID-19 vaccination certificate. If you have not been vaccinated against COVID-19, a negative PCR certificate obtained within 72 hours of arrival will be required

The itinerary we provide to you is sufficient evidence of your travel plans and purpose for visiting Uganda. However, we do recommend that you carry a copy of your itinerary and other relevant travel documents with you, as immigration officials may request to see them upon arrival in Uganda
We accept payment by card at most hotels and lodges. However, we recommend that you carry some pocket money/cash to cater to any additional needs you may have. We suggest bringing $400 to $1500 or even more depending on your budget and needs. Most commercial banks in Uganda have ATMs that accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interswitch cards.
Yes, all the lodges and hotels included in your itinerary will have access to electricity. Some of the lodges and hotels also provide internet access, and you will have internet access while on board our safari vehicles. However, please note that internet connectivity may vary depending on your location and network coverage.
If you book a private tour with us, you will have exclusive use of the vehicle and will not be joined by other people. You will have the company of your guide and driver only. In the unlikely event that we have an intern or apprentice who is learning, we will inform you beforehand and ask for your permission to have them accompany you on your tour
